DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking to hire Account Manager (Malay Speaking) to join their highly successful and dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be required to work from the firm’s premises in Kuala Lumbur.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients

· Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication

· Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner

· Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level service is provided

· Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required

· Ensuring compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures

· Informing the clients on the company’s products and software systems

· Contributing to the team effort by achieving targeted results

· Following up on queries and providing feedback to clients, ensuring that they are receiving the best level of service

· Cooperating effectively with other departments as necessary

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in a business-related or any other field

· At least 1-year previous experience as Account Manager or a similar position

· Fluency in Malay and English

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Dynamic and innovative

· Self-motivated and target oriented

· Strong computer literacy
