Job Description

Work Channel Recruitment is working closely with a growing Company in the financial services industry and they are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to become part of a dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing Client portfolio (B2B)
  • Upsale of new products (payment solutions) to the portfolio
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clientele
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and other channels aiming to resolve the clients’ queries

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar position in a Payment Provider/Broker side (dealing in payment area) minimum one year
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
