Our client a boutique CySec approved Forex company that operates in different countries over the world, is looking to recruit a passionate Back Office Officer to join their team in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and procedures
  • Communicating with clients via email for any inquires related to their deposits and withdrawals
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti money laundering procedures
  • Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to client funds
  • Providing suggestions on system enhancements
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting is considered an advantage
  • Experience in a similar position will be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Efficient and strong detail oriented
  • Computer and numerically literate
  • Ability to work on shift rotation
  • Valid work permit required
