On behalf of our clients, we are seeking to recruit a Store Manager to join their team in Larnaca. Our clients are International Pizza Franchise. The ideal candidate preferably will have previous experience as a Store Manager and must speak and write Greek and English.
- Ensure that the financial and administrative requirements of the Store are effectively and efficiently achieved.
- Ensure that the Store operates effectively and efficiently with the object of maximizing profitability whilst achieving sales turnover, market share and other operating goals.
- Together with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Operations Manager (OM) assume responsibility for the annual planning and budgeting process of the store.
- Fluent Greek with very good knowledge of English
- Previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry at a Management Level
- Ability to lead a team of up to 16 staff
- Strong work ethic with a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to carry out all functions within the store including all matters relating to food preparation, cleaning, unloading deliveries and administration.
