Job Description

On behalf of our client, a company that is part of a group of companies that dominates in the sector of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages production and distribution abroad we are seeking to recruit a On- Trade Sales Team Leader.


Job Responsibilities

  • Direct the team to attain everyday sales targets and meet customers’ expectations
  • Establishing a valuable relationship with the customers
  • Reporting to the Sales Director on crucial issues, staff performance, etc., and give suggestions where obtainable
  • Recommend hiring additional staff and make required resources available to accomplishing targets and goals
  • Prepare and submit a weekly working plan to the Sales Director
  • Total familiarity with the trading terms and product packages according to segments
  • On-site visit at the points of sale according to a daily schedule, along with the Sales Promoters
  • Increasing sales to the customer
  • Extending the range to the customer
  • Launching new customers and setting up agreements with them
  • Initiating and visiting sales campaigns at the point
  • Encouraging Sales Promoters to enhance personal and team targets
  • Supervise key account possibilities

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in a Management related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience within the FMCG industry in on-trade will be highly considered as an advantage
  • Proficiency in Greek and English language
  • Proficiency in using computers, such as MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and passionate for sales
  • Ability to work independent and within a team
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Willing to work with sales targets
  • Responsible and honest person
