ACCOUNT MANAGER IN NICOSIA

DESCRIPTION

Our client, an IT services company recognizes that the cornerstone of their growth lies within a high-performing sales team. This is why they are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to become an integral part of their rapidly expanding and accomplished team.

In the role of Sales Account Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating enduring and trustworthy relationships with their current clients and introducing their offerings to prospective clients who can derive value from their products.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with organizations exploring possible needs and opportunities for new business.
  • Perform Account Management activities to generate new opportunities form existing customers.
  • Work with the company’s presales and sales teams in reviewing and evaluating the prospect’s needs to conclude on the proper solution
  • Prepare and submit solution proposals.
  • Highly driven towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving annual sales targets.

 

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • University / College degree on any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT (Software) related sales position is required.
  • Practical understanding of software commercial processes.
  • Experience with ERP / CRM software will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek.
