about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
• Reconciling entries into the accounting system
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assisting on audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to Cyprus Taxation.
• Preparation of quarterly VAT reports
• Assisting with monthly payroll reporting

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified or partly Qualified accountant or in pursue of a professional qualification.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge and application of IFRS’s, VAT and Payroll principles
  • Experience in audit and/or tax advisory is a plus
  • Experience using an integrated accounting software
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal)
