• Support the preparation and upkeep of financial reports and accounting records.
• Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations to maintain accurate reporting and ledger records.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Record financial documents and transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
• Contribute to the preparation of tax documentation and help ensure that filings are completed on time.
• Provide the required information and supporting documents during audits.
• Take part in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure that financial records and files are accurate, well organised and properly maintained.
• Liaise with customers and vendors regarding payment and billing queries.
• Support the creation and implementation of accounting procedures and policies.
• Assist with additional accounting assignments and projects when required.
