DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage bookkeeping and financial transactions for our client’s real estate group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling bookkeeping and financial records for the company’s group.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting.
  • Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Collaborating with external auditors and financial consultants.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or a holder of the LCCI Higher with a proven work experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
