The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, handling VAT submissions, assisting with monthly and quarterly closings, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis across a portfolio of companies. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Manage accounting for a portfolio of companies, recording and reconciling all transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments to suppliers and customers.
Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings and reconciliations.
Maintain organized financial and accounting records.
Liaise with suppliers, auditors, and group companies.
Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational, CAPEX, and funding needs across the portfolio.
Prepare and submit VAT and VIES filings.
Assist with provisional tax computations.
Prepare and review management accounts.
Support the preparation of business plans for group companies.
Review audited financial statements and tax computations prior to finalization.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
Assist with ad hoc reporting and other tasks as required.
