We are looking for a highly motivated Architect / Interior Designer to join our client’s fast-growing practice. This role requires a dynamic professional who can oversee construction site coordination while also leading interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will take charge of site-related challenges, including resolving design issues, ensuring quality control, and managing amendments, while also delivering comprehensive interior design packages, from mood boards to shop drawings and specifications. This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, bridging architecture, interior design, and construction coordination in a collaborative and creative environment.

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including specifications, detailing, and shop drawings.

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution ( ideally an Architectural Degree).
• 4+ years of experience in Interior Design & Site Supervision.
• Work Independently in Site Supervision is a must.
•Portfolio
• Strong expertise in interior design principles, detailing, specifications, tendering and procurement processes leading to implementation and handover.
• Solid knowledge of construction detailing, site coordination, and technical amendments.
• Familiarity with planning regulations & guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
• Strong skills in Adobe Suite for presentations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for design excellence.
