about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities to meet operational targets.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality standards for dairy products are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Supervise and train production teams, ensuring productivity in a safe and clean work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Analyze production reports and monitor KPIs to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, inventory, and output.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the dairy production.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
