This role requires an experienced and proactive sales professional to lead the expansion of the firm’s SaaS partnership network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads while also developing new business opportunities through strategic outbound sales initiatives.  This is a high-impact, high-visibility position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the company’s continued growth and success.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, events, etc.).
• Inbound Sales: Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, product demos, and convert leads into customers.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, and ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline reporting.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and partners to understand their needs and position the Company as their go-to solution.
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each client’s use case and objectives.
• Contract Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process and close deals in collaboration with legal and leadership teams.
• Market Feedback & Collaboration: Relay customer feedback to internal teams to help shape the product roadmap and marketing strategy.
• Event Participation: Represent the Company at industry events, webinars, and expos to promote our SaaS offering.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for fintech and trading is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with proprietary trading firms or brokers.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or financial markets.
• Multilingual capabilities.
