about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day-to-day execution of deposit and withdrawal tasks
  • Spearhead risk assessments for transactions, spotting potential fraud and related concerns, and initiating appropriate actions
  • Swiftly address internal and external queries with professionalism
  • Compile regulatory reports tied to back-office/administration activities
  • Proactively enhance operational processes, measuring success along the way
  • Identify and elevate internal procedures, systems, and controls
  • Collaborate with internal departments and the Company’s partners
  • Offer exceptional communication and support to our valued partners
  • Lead by example: initiate, delegate effectively, and communicate clearly to achieve department goals
  • In addition to the above, adapt and contribute as needed to meet evolving responsibilities

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a degree in Economics/Finance/Business or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Benefit from previous experience in a similar role, considered a valuable asset
  • Exhibit proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Command a high level of written and verbal English fluency
  • Navigate pressure and strict deadlines with finesse
  • Harness excellent communication and monitoring skills
  • Radiate professionalism, organizational prowess, and analytical acumen
  • Embrace self-driven learning and demonstrate unwavering motivation
  • Display flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern (5 days a week)
