Brand Manager in Limassol

DESCRIPTION

Our client, one of the leading and most successful restaurant chain in Cyprus is seeking for a Brand Manager, who will lead, develop, and implement an annual marketing strategy to drive business growth for specific brands. You will report to Marketing Manager.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Strategy: Contribute & execute an annual marketing plan for specific brands to drive business growth as aligned with the company’s vision, and objectives.   
  • Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships to implement brand plans. 
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts to maintain a strong online presence. Review the creation of compelling content, including visual and written materials, to effectively communicate our brand story. 
  • Brand Positioning: Maintain and enhance the unique position of the brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (ATL/BTL, In-Store, Events).
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. 
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG industry. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media, content marketing, and analytics.   
  • Possess strong project and team management, problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, Excel, E-Commerce, and AI.
  • Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written.
