They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team and drive growth across Asia, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the company’s growth plans, managing regional partnerships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and boosting revenue in their territory.

● Developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand the company’s presence in the region, identifying new business opportunities and driving market penetration.
● Building and managing a high-performing funnel, acquiring IBs, affiliates, and partners, and driving client acquisition and retention strategies.
● Ensuring the company operates within the market’s legal and regulatory framework, liaising with local authorities and maintaining necessary licensing requirements.
● Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute localized marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand and attract traders.
● Coordinating with global teams to streamline operations, including compliance, finance, IT, and customer service.
● Analysing market trends, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports to senior management on business performance.
● In-depth understanding of the region’s Forex/CFD market, competitive landscape, and client acquisition strategies.
● Established relationships with IBs, affiliates, traders, and financial institutions in the region.
● Proven track record in sales, business development, and team management.
● Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
● Familiarity with Forex trading platforms (MT4, MT5) and digital marketing strategies for client acquisition.
