As a Business Development Manager located in Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our client’s fintech business within the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and executing business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

  1. Identify and research potential business opportunities in Thailand through market analysis and industry trends.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  3. Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
  5. Drive the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including market insights, competitor analysis, and performance metrics.
  7. Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and expand the business network.
  9. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to support business development efforts and increase market presence.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

basic information:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  5. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Fluency in both Thai and English languages, both written and spoken.
  8. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
