about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse and verify requirements provided by stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts
  • Ensure that business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications are documented clearly and accurately
  • Provide training to users
  • Identify opportunities to automate data management processes and lead the implementation of relevant automation initiatives
  • Perform routine testing of software implementations and carry out quality assurance activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in an Information Technology-related field
  • A minimum of five years of experience on software projects
  • Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques, as well as the complete product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to post-release
  • Relevant technical experience in data processing and data design
  • Knowledge of application delivery processes and business assessment
  • Knowledge of system testing tools
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English
