Our client’s restaurant is a vibrant and modern dining destination that brings the rich flavors of Asian cuisine to life. With a carefully curated menu that blends traditional recipes with contemporary twists, we offer an exceptional culinary experience in a stylish and dynamic setting.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, including meats, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Manage the grill station and ensure it is maintained clean, organized, and safe.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
  • Assist in inventory management and communicate when supplies are low.
  • Ensure grilling equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Handle special dietary requirements or customer requests effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Cook/Chef or in a similar role 
  • Knowledge on how to handle various types of meats, seafood, and vegetables.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen health regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Based in Cyprus and EU passport holder.
