• Develop and implement engaging content strategies that align with the brand’s identity and overall marketing objectives
• Produce high-quality visual and written content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute content calendars across all properties
• Capture and edit photo and video material that highlights hotel experiences, facilities, dining offerings, and guest services
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels
• Stay informed on luxury hospitality trends, social media developments, and emerging content formats
• Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, photographers, and influencers when required
• Track content performance and refine strategies based on analytics and engagement insights
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all content reflects the group’s luxury positioning
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the Marketing team and uphold the brand’s standards
