Content Coordinator in Limassol (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking for a Content Coordinator to handle and implement online content configurations, incentives, and promotional setups for their casino product. This is a highly structured and process-driven role focused on accuracy, consistency, and flawless execution.

The position involves daily work with Excel and CMS tools to configure, maintain, and validate content. It is not a creative content role, instead it suits professionals who thrive in systematic tasks, enjoy following clear procedures, and are comfortable juggling multiple operational activities simultaneously.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, develop and manage incentive and logical implementations to reward customer requirements.,
• Communicate with customer facing departments as 2nd level support for investigations and quality assurance regarding the relevant incentive configuration.
• Communicate with games integration team to ensure alignment required to guarantee promotional components to work effectively and efficiently.
• Conceive and configure implementations and communicate with technical staff and stakeholders about them.

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly technical and logical understanding to manage workflows and journeys.
• Results oriented with excellent customer focus and attention to details
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
• Attention to detail to succeed in create multi-faceted campaigns
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback on work.
• A good technical understanding of computers in general to guarantee an easy transition into the
content manager position
• Previous technical experience around online casino marketing features is of advantage
• Excellent command of the English language, other languages are not required but can be helpful
