about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer, configure, and optimise the Salesforce CRM to meet business needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Tableau to enable efficient data analysis and automate the flow of information.
  • Together with the Data Analyst, develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Tableau to provide insightful business analytics.
  • Maintain data integrity and system performance, ensuring seamless operation between Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Assist in the training of team members on Salesforce and Tableau, enhancing their data literacy and driving a data-informed culture.
  • Stay proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements using CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Liaise with technology vendors and manage these relationships to support business operations.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English with exemplary communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Previous experience in technology management, technology administration, systems administration or similar roles.
  • Previous experience working with programs like AirCall, Jira, HubSpot, Apollo, etc. or similar is an advantage.
  • Competence in handling multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to technology solutions and process optimisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training.
