We are seeking a Culinary Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our client’s culinary operations. The Culinary Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all kitchen and culinary operations, supporting the team, and enhancing the guest experience through efficient coordination. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for culinary excellence.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate daily kitchen and culinary operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to the resort’s high standards.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Assist with the inventory management, stock ordering, and delivery of kitchen supplies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all culinary operations.
  • Support the culinary team with the planning, preparation, and presentation of high-quality meals.
  • Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams to guarantee seamless service.
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Cyprus.
  • Proven experience in a kitchen or culinary operations role, ideally within a luxury or upscale setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of kitchen equipment and understanding of kitchen operations.
  • A passion for the culinary arts and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
