Our client, an innovative online booking platform, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and travel agents, helping to increase sales and promote the brand. You’ll handle chat and email enquiries, follow up with customers, and liaise with town halls and venues to ensure smooth operations and complete customer satisfaction. With opportunities to conduct presentations and training sessions and conduct site visits, you’ll play a key role in building relationships and generating income for the company. about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer relationships
  • Handle chat enquiries
  • Reply to enquiries through emails
  • Follow up with enquiries in an effort to confirm wedding bookings
  • Arranges introductory virtual meeting with the couples
  • Liaises with town halls for the approval of legal documents
  • Liaises with venues for a smooth operation and completion of the events
  • Meeting with couples at town halls during registration appointments
  • Be present at weddings when needed
  • Follow up with couples after the event to confirm satisfaction
  • Conduct presentations & training to new venues about functionality
  • Assist hotels / venues, town halls and travel agents when required
  • Conduct site visits to hotels & venues & town halls when needed
  • Promote advertising / marketing opportunities to stakeholders, to generate income
  • Conduct sales calls to stakeholders in order to maintain and develop further the good commercial relationship
  • Supports marketing efforts by creating stories on social media
  • Posting/commending on social as needed
  • General support to the other members of the team as and when required by the CEO.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in relevant subject
  • Fluent writing and speaking of English language. Greek will be considered an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or weddings market will be considered an advantage
  • Communication / PR Skills
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills and proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Detail orientated and strong organisational and customer service skills
  • Proactive approach, with strong drive for results
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm
  • Desire for development within the company
