English Retention in Limassol

DESCRIPTION

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Native English Retention to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with their existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing retention and loyalty.

Benefits

· Attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience; up to EUR 4K gross, depending on experience.

· 22 days of annual leave.

· Monday to Friday 9am-6pm (1 hr break)

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle outbound and inbound communication with Spanish-speaking clients.

  • Promote customer loyalty through personalized support and engagement.

  • Identify customers at risk and apply effective retention strategies.

  • Provide information about new products, promotions, or account updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve customer experience.

  • Meet and exceed monthly retention KPIs and performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience for minimum 1-2 years
  • Native English speaker
  • Previous experience in retention is a plus
  • Applicants must be based in Cyprus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
