Executive Reception Supervisor in Limassol


Our client, one of the leading furniture companies in Cyprus, seeking an exceptional individual to perform all procedures, which are directly related to the organization and operation of the company, and the communication with the other departments of the company. S/he will also has to support the organizational and operational type of work of the “Managing Director” by helping him to carry out his tasks and objectives with work and efficiency, following instructions.


  • Working hours: 6 days; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am to 1pm & 3pm to 7pm / Wednesday 9am to 1pm & Saturday 9.30am to 1.30am
  • Net earnings: €1,200 to €1,300 (after discussion)

about the role


· The organization and filing of all documents referred to, based on the internal filing system.

· The daily entries in the system regarding “cash sales”, offers, orders, payment receipts, etc.

· The daily control of the reception desk, so that there is always order in the area.

· To check and make sure that the documents sent by the company are based on the prescribed procedures.

· Registering messages in the telephone system and changing them when required by the change of season.

· Preparing and mailing all resulting outgoing mail.

· The receipt of all correspondence / faxes and distribution to the relevant persons.

· Communicating with the company’s departments to receive and send all the prescribed catalog documents, price lists, etc.

· The receipt of products, catalogs and others from the company’s messenger and the distribution and information of the various people involved.

· Communicating with partners/equipment suppliers (list of approved introducers), in case of a problem with equipment and monitoring the actions, until the problem is resolved.

· Report operational problems to the Managing Director.

· To be informed in general about the companies and products offered in the store.

· To prepare software offers on behalf of the Managing Director” & the “CEO”, when requested.

· To update the:

– Daily reports

– Monthly reports

– Presentation log weekly

· When necessary, place stationery orders with the corresponding approved suppliers.

basic information:


· To be able to work with the company’s programs and other accounting programs that may be needed, after having received the corresponding training.

· To report and follow the instructions of the “Managing Director” & the “CEO”, for the tasks assigned.

· Communication skills both in Greek and English.

· Familiarity with Mail Chip.

· Usage of PC and Microsoft Office, email correspondence .
