For decades, our client has been a reliable collaborator in the food manufacturing sector, delivering advanced engineering solutions and customized production systems.
The successful candidate is responsible for operating and monitoring CNC Laser Cutting and Press machines used to manufacture sheet metal parts.
This role includes reading technical drawings, overseeing machine operations, performing quality inspections, and maintaining production records. The operator ensures fabrication processes are carried out accurately while following safety and quality standards. Training is provided for all machine functions, and the operator also serves as a backup for the Cutting Services Manager when needed.

• Operation of CNC Laser Cutting Machine for plates– Training will be provided.
• Operation of CNC Laser Cutting Machine for tubes ‐ Training will be provided.
• Operation of CNC Press Machine for plates ‐ Training will be provided.
• Understand specifications of the task and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings.
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to provide optimal results
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Communicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a part.
• Attending workshops and training sessions, to learn from others and stay on top of the field needs.
• Substitute the Cutting Services Manager when on absence.
· A degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
· Mathematical, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
· Ability to work in a team or alone.
