o Daily management and support of the production team.
o Monitor production plan implementation.
o Oversee production efficiency, quality, and safety.
o Ensure adherence to ISO9001 & Health & Safety regulations.
o Ensure all assigned production records and reports are completed appropriately.
o Collaboration and coordination with all other teams as required.
o Ensure that the escalation procedure is followed in a timely manner.
o Daily Quality Control of Production Teams.
o Propose production improvement opportunities.
o Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
o 5+ years of experience in manufacturing is a plus
o Knowledge of mechanical drawings
o Experience of leading small teams while assisting and developing (multi-skilled) people is a plus
