Front Office Duty Manager in Limassol


Our client, a Luxury Resort & Spa, is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional Front Office Duty Manager in Limassol.


  • 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday with 2 days off on a rotation basis, 38 work. hours per week),  different shifts including midnights.
  • Salary: 2.300 EUR gross
  • 13,2 salaries

about the role


  • Guest Relations:
    • Ensuring excellent customer service and handling guest complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Managing VIP guests and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervising and coordinating the front desk staff, including receptionists, night auditors, and bell staff.
    • Scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Overseeing the check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Monitoring room reservations, availability, and room assignments to optimize occupancy levels.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Liaising with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Conducting regular meetings with the front office team to discuss performance, goals, and operational updates.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures for guest services, cleanliness, and safety.
    • Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

basic information:


  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in hospitality management or business administration.
  • Proven experience in Front Office operations or related roles
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written). Another foreign language will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Opera or other similar PMS system will be an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to multitask and a positive can-do attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
