Our client, a regulated CFD broker, is looking for a German Customer Support Agent to join their team. The role is client-facing and critical to ensuring a smooth, compliant,and high-quality client experience across the full client journey.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Provide high-quality customer support in both German and English via approved communication channels.
– Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and verification (KYC/AML) processes in line with regulatory requirements.
– Support clients throughout their full lifecycle and ensure a smooth client journey.
– Handle client queries, issues, and complaints in a professional, timely, and compliant manner.
– Assist the Sales team with client-related requests and follow-ups.
– Coordinate closely with the Head of Commercial Operations to resolve issues efficiently.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and actions taken.
– Demonstrate confidence, clarity, and professionalism when communicating with clients

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Experience/background in Forex  is a plus
  • Excellent command of the German
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
