On behalf of one of our clients we are seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join their fast growing team in Limassol.
The HR Manager will be responsible for handling payroll, end-to-end recruitment, and delivering accurate and insightful HR reporting packages to management. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Payroll Management
• Collect and verify attendance and scheduling data from all outlets.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll.
• Manage employee leave, sick days, and absences in line with legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with tax and social insurance regulations in Cyprus.
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage the recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Source and attract top talent for FOH, BOH, and managerial positions.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure seamless integration of new hires.
HR Reporting & Administration
• Prepare and present monthly HR reporting packages (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, absenteeism, etc.).
• Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records.
• Track contract renewals, probation periods, and evaluations.
Compliance & Employee Relations
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Cyprus labor law.
• Support management with employee issues, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Keep staff informed on HR policies and changes.
• 3+ years of HR experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Solid knowledge of Cyprus labor law, payroll procedures, and social insurance practices.
• Experience with payroll software and HR systems (e.g., Excel, HRIS tools).
• Fluent in English and Greek (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
