Our client is seeking to recruit an HR Officer to join their Human Resources team.

The role involves supporting the full HR lifecycle, with a strong focus on administration, recruitment support, and employee relations.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing employment contracts and handling all related documentation
  • Supporting the recruitment and selection process
  • Managing HR administration procedures
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Responding to employee queries related to HR matters
  • Preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation
  • Coordinating and managing corporate accommodation arrangements
  • Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates in a timely manner
  • Supporting onboarding, orientation, and induction processes for new employees
  • Assisting the payroll department by providing accurate employee information

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
  • Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise tasks effectively
