DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to hire a Proactive and Dynamic HR Specialist to join our client’s Human Resources team, which is specializing in iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, as well as coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees. You will play a key role in supporting a positive
employee lifecycle and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers

  • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring strategies

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach

  • Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communications

  • Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience

  • Maintain ATS and recruitment records

  • Prepare pre-employment documentation and welcome packs

  • Coordinate onboarding and first-day readiness with relevant teams

  • Introduce new hires to culture, policies, and systems

  • Follow up during onboarding for positive integration

  • Manage offboarding: exit interviews, final docs, access removal

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws

  • Collect and share offboarding feedback for improvements

  • Support exit communications with managers

  • Keep employee records accurate and updated

  • Assist with HR reports, data entry, and admin tasks

  • Manage Yellow Slip process and employee guidance

  • Help improve HR processes and systems continuously

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years’ HR experience, especially in recruitment and employee lifecycle

  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws

  • Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented, multitasker, and team player

  • Fluent in English; Greek is a plus

  • Discreet, proactive, and highly reliable
