Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to effectively implement HR activities, promoting a unified approach to business objectives.
Labour Relations: Address labor issues professionally, ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining a positive work environment.
General HR Duties: Support any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Head, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
