about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.

  • HR Strategy Implementation: Actively contribute to the execution of the HR strategy by coordinating initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and performance.

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management tools and processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management, offering insights into HR metrics, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.

  • Project Management: Participate in ad hoc HR projects, demonstrating adaptability and innovation in handling diverse HR challenges.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to effectively implement HR activities, promoting a unified approach to business objectives.

  • Labour Relations: Address labor issues professionally, ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • General HR Duties: Support any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Head, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant field.
    • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in a related HR role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law in Cyprus.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
