We are looking for an IT Account Manager to join our client’s team , someone to create long-term, trusting relationships with their existing customers whilst bringing on new customers who can benefit from our products.

Our client is a leading IT solutions and services organization in the Eastern Mediterranean region with offices in Cyprus and Greece, the company’s offices are located in Nicosia.

about the role


  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with organizations exploring possible needs and opportunities for business development and in generating new sales leads
  • Work with the company’s presales and sales teams in reviewing and evaluating the prospect’s needs in order to conclude on the proper solution and proceed with a proposal submission
  • Prepare and submit solution proposals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through account management activities and generation of new opportunities

basic information:


  • University / College degree in Business Administration / IT or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT (software) related sales position is required
  • Practical understanding of software commercial processes
  • Experience with ERP / CRM software will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
