On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join their expanding CRM department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing designated market(s), leading CRM initiatives, promoting cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while contributing significantly to the team’s overall success.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take full responsibility and ownership of the CRM for the designated market(s).
• Manage production of CRM plans in accordance with Company’s planning process.
• Strategize, communicate, execute, test, and evaluate various CRM projects.
• Report progress of your CRM efforts to the management and other departments.
• Assist in prioritizing projects to ensure business critical deadlines are always met as a priority.
• Work closely with internal company departments to ensure alignment on communication and events performed globally.
• Liaise frequently with the marketing, tech, product, analytics and copywriter teams to design marketing initiatives and test new innovative ideas to increase the number and value of customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and legislations applied in the iGaming industry.
• Drive to own and execute projects together with an ambitious team.
• Hands-on, proactive, and ready to perform other tasks as assigned when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent organizational skills and superb attention to details.
• Understanding of customer relationship management theory and practice.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects, from start to finish.
• Must be able to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across Departments and remote
offices.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office tools
