As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will join a dynamic project team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central solutions.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, deepening understanding of accounting processes.

  • Support the design and configuration of modules within D365 Finance & Operations/Business Central, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and system interfaces.

  • Participate in client workshops and training sessions.

  • Collaborate with partners, senior consultants, and developers to deliver customized solutions.

  • Perform testing, data validation, and prepare documentation.

  • Provide ongoing support and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, procurement, currencies and integration ).
  • Interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and willingness to grow into a consultant role.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive, client-oriented attitude.
