about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guaranteeing the seamless and optimal functioning of the MT5 trading platform and CRM systems.
  • Installing, upgrading, and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, trading platforms, and applications.
  • Tackling hardware and software clashes, swiftly addressing repairs or adjustments as required.
  • Executing installations and resolving issues for Windows-based systems.
  • Navigating Linux, Microsoft, Amazon AWS, and other cloud technologies with proficiency.
  • Assisting in the management of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Conducting regular system and software audits, proactively resolving identified issues.
  • Overseeing and managing the Company’s ticketing system, promptly attending to staff requests.
  • Employing monitoring tools to vigilantly observe our systems.
  • Providing adept guidance, support, and training to staff on IT-related matters.
  • Collaborating with external partners to collaboratively troubleshoot challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Holds a BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and efficient approach, coupled with exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and effective independent work.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule.
