Laboratory Policies and Procedures:

• • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Monitor laboratory performance and quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety

Personnel Management:

1. • Coordinate with management for the hiring, training, and supervision of laboratory personnel.
   • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Equipment and Supplies:

1. • Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
   • Monitor laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed to support uninterrupted operations.

Vendor Relationships:

1. • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services.

Regulatory Compliance:

1. • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
   • Participate in laboratory accreditation and certification processes.

Continuous Learning:

1. • Commit to lifelong learning in all aspects of the laboratory to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.
   • Actively participate in the Association of Laboratory Directors and pursue opportunities to attain a position in the council.
