Our client with over 15 years of experience in the marine air travel industry is seeking for a Marine Travel Operator in Limassol. They provide exceptional air travel solutions and support to the maritime industry, meeting the unique needs and challenges of crew transfers and marine executive travel worldwide.

  • Office hrs:
  • Weekdays – Monday to Friday, 8 hrs schedule; 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm (in rotations)
  • Every 4-6 weeks – full day schedule (24hrs) but after office hours working from home with paid internet and mobile and laptop provided. In the 24-hour schedule, the Monday to Thursday work period falls in a different week from Friday and the weekend, so the workload isn’t excessive.
  • 24hours duty rotation participation during weekends (every 4-6 weeks working from home)

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arrange marine air transportation for crew members and marine specialists
  • Determine clients needs and preferences, such as schedules, transit visas and costs
  • During duty shifts, the candidate will work a normal day in the office on weekdays and be on call from home after office hours and weekends. We provide a mobile phone, laptop, and internet connection. While the duty can often be quiet, there are times when it can be quite busy.

REQUIREMENTS

– Excellent command of the English language.
– A diploma in Travel & Tourism is preferable but not mandatory.
– Basic knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system and IATA city/country codes.
– Strong communication skills.
– Team player with a willingness to learn quickly.
– Service-oriented mindset.
– Must be legally authorized to work in Cyprus.
– Resident of Limassol.

– Willingness to participate in a 24-hour duty rota. After successful training, the candidate will take part in this rota (every 4-6 weeks working from home)
