about the role


  • Create and oversee project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring well-defined objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative services, content creators, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks or obstacles, and take corrective actions to maintain project alignment.
  • Establish project scope, goals, and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective execution.

basic information:


  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Management.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the financial or trading industry.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, enabling effective planning, organization, and prioritization of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering productive collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Showcase an in-depth knowledge of marketing principles, encompassing brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, to track progress, manage resources, and analyze data.
  • Display an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, deriving insights, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to accommodate changing project requirements or priorities.
