Media Coordinator in Paphos

The Media Coordinator supports the Group’s luxury hotel portfolio in the daily execution of social media and digital content initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for managing social media platforms, coordinating content production, assisting with influencer collaborations, and tracking performance metrics.

Reporting to: Director of Business Development and Director of Marketing Operations & Marketing Technology, in coordination with Corporate Affairs & Communication.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

  • Oversee and manage the brand’s official social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok where relevant.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars tailored to each property.
    Craft engaging captions that reflect the tone and voice of a luxury brand.
  • Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and guest interactions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend improvements to boost engagement and visibility.

Content Coordination

  • Organise and coordinate photoshoots and video productions in collaboration with external partners.
  • Gather and curate content from hotel departments, including F&B, events, guest experiences, and seasonal activations.
  • Carry out basic editing and formatting of content for social media use (e.g. Canva / Adobe tools).
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare structured monthly reports on content and social media performance.
  • Collaborate with paid media agencies to support campaign coordination (without direct execution responsibility).

Influencer & Media Support

  • Track deliverables and ensure all agreed content outputs are met.
  • Support the management of influencer collaborations and hosted stays.
  • Assist in coordinating media visits and partnership activities.
  • Internal Collaboration
    Work closely with General Managers and property teams to source relevant and timely content.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Affairs & Communication teams to ensure consistency in PR messaging and brand communication.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury brands, or multi-property environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats and engagement mechanics.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic analytics reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a refined understanding of luxury aesthetics.
