about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, as well as email correspondence, in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain office organization, including filing, document management, and general administrative support.

  • Prepare and format letters, documents, and other written materials with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent command of the Greek language and good command of the English language
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software
