We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients for the role of Office Administrator across multiple industries, including legal, oil & gas, real estate and Audit & Accounting firm. These roles offer a mix of client-facing responsibilities, administrative support and operational assistance, providing a dynamic and varied work environment.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and partners, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files, databases, and records.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including petty cash, invoicing, mail, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist management and staff with document preparation, printing, photocopying, and reporting.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and office presentations, ensuring a smooth execution.
  • Maintain clean, welcoming office spaces that reflect the company’s professional standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and public authorities as required.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Education diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office role (1–3+ years)
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  •  High level Greek and English
  •  Proficiency with office software
  •  Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate platforms
  • Basic bookkeeping or invoicing knowledge
