Our client, a multidisciplinary design consultancy with 15 years of experience delivering major projects in London,UK and Cyprus is seeking a reliable and organized professional to join their team as a Business Operations Assistant.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
  • Support bookkeeping and accounting activities, including invoicing, payments, expense tracking, VAT, and basic accounting entries.
  • Assist in project planning in communication with Junior and Senior Architects
  • Prepare and submit architectural applications and coordinate with relevant authorities throughout the approval process
  • Order office supplies and maintain necessary resources
  • Arrange meeting rooms and ensure readiness for internal and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office, accounting, and reporting processes

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in office administration or bookkeeping
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office software
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work proactively in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
