RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Operations Associate you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our real estate agency. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist in organizing and managing office operations.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
    • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management.
    • Listings input in CRM platform
  2. Client and Agent Support:
    • Assist clients and agents with inquiries and requests.
    • Coordinate property showings and inspections.
    • Manage client and property databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  3. Marketing and Communication:
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
    • Maintain the agency’s online presence, including websites and social media.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexibility and Accountability
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
