We are looking for an experienced candidate in dealing with Payment Processors (PSP) and their integration such as payment authentication techniques, mobile application wallets, card tokenization, and API integration. Candidates should have igaming or forex experience. Very important to have experience with technical payment integration, Technical API Guides.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review API Guides from the payment provider (endpoints, authentication, request/response formats).

  • Walk Product Owners through the API, covering key concepts like transaction flows and error handling.

  • Facilitate access to sandbox/testing environments for team experimentation.

  • Highlight security, compliance, and potential integration risks.

  • Provide sample code, tutorials, and references for common tasks (e.g., transactions, callbacks).

  • Offer continuous support and address technical questions or issues.

  • Test and troubleshoot the integration to ensure proper functionality.

  • Stay updated on trends and technologies in software integration.

  • Attend online and in-person meetings with PSPs.

  • Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with PSPs to recommend improvements.

  • Keep internal documentation updated with integration details and troubleshooting tips.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of payment technologies (e.g., credit cards, digital wallets, ACH, crypto).

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Experience managing large programs and multiple projects.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to integrate across diverse development environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
