about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research and use data insights to predict trends, set performance indicators, and align solutions with product goals.
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize product performance.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product strategy and user experience.
  • Identify and monitor key product areas for improvement.
  • Track performance metrics and report critical issues to the Head of Product.
  • Present findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Support QA processes and continuously seek improvements in monitoring and issue detection.
  • Integrate and optimize data pipelines for a centralized Data Warehouse.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Product Analysis is a plus.
  • Degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Advantageous to have experience in requirements elicitation and testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
  • Tableau experience for data visualization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data integration and management in a Data Warehouse environment.
  • Basic knowledge of process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
  • Interest in influencing product decisions.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of additional analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  • Background in a product-focused environment with understanding of metrics.
  • Ability to identify future trends from past performance.
