Production Manager in Nicosia

DESCRIPTION

For decades, our client has been a reliable collaborator in the food manufacturing sector, delivering advanced engineering solutions and customized production systems. On behalf of our client we are looking for a Production Manager.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Plan and Monitor production plan implementation.
  •  Oversee production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  •  Ensure adherence to ISO9001 & Health & Safety regulations.
  •  Manage resources, reports & work orders.
  •  Daily management and support of the production team.
  •  Ensure all assigned production records and reports are completed appropriately.
  • Collaboration and coordination with all other teams as required.
  • Ensure that the escalation procedure is followed in a timely manner.
  • Daily Quality Control of Production Teams.
  • Propose production improvement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  •  5+ years of experience in manufacturing is a plus
  •  Knowledge of mechanical drawings
  •  Strong PC skills (Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office)
  • Experience of leading small teams while assisting and developing (multi-skilled) people is a plus
