about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and allocated resources.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required.
  • Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors.
  • Contribute to drafting new and improving existing PMO policies and processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Maintain a solution-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with strong IT/technology delivery experience.
  • Experience in FinTech or Financial Services is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • PRINCE2 or PMI PMP certification is considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies across complex projects.
  • Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with MS Project.
