• Head and grow the Project Management function, setting up governance structures, delivery methodologies, and organization-wide best practices.
• Serve as a close partner to the COO/CIO, supporting the advancement and coordination of the team’s initiatives.
• Ensure strategic projects and programs are delivered successfully, keeping them aligned with business goals, budget constraints, timelines, and available resources.
• Champion ongoing enhancement of delivery standards, tooling, and methodologies, placing particular emphasis on Agile and hybrid approaches.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to Project Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to convert high-level strategy into actionable project plans with clear, measurable results.
• Build and sustain reporting practices at the executive level, keeping stakeholders informed on project status, risk exposure, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with core stakeholders, senior executives, and external vendors to drive positive project results.
• Promote a workplace culture centered on accountability, teamwork, innovation, and excellence in execution.
